Smart Machine Monitoring Device

A retrofit IoT + sensor unit that sits between any machine and its power supply — no rewiring, no replacing existing equipment. It captures real-time run/idle/stop status, power consumption, and usage patterns, then streams this data over WiFi to the Amperevision dashboard for live monitoring, utilisation reports, and predictive maintenance alerts. One device, deployable across sewing machines, industrial motors, production-line equipment, or any electrically powered machine in a factory.

Deployed one unit per machine across a multi-machine sewing cell to capture exact running minutes, idle duration with threshold alerts, and breakdown/maintenance response time — replacing manual stoppage sheets with sensor-verified data and a machine-wise utilisation & loss report.

Production-Line Equipment

Any powered machine on a line can be fitted with the device to flag abnormal consumption, unplanned stoppages, and idle time in real time — feeding a live dashboard so supervisors act within minutes instead of finding out at end-of-shift.

ANPR Vehicle Monitoring System

A camera-based ANPR platform that automates gate entry/exit logging and speed monitoring across checkpoints, with a unified real-time admin dashboard. The system runs in two modes — ANPR/Gate mode for vehicle identification and entry-exit logs, and Speed Monitoring mode for breach detection and analysis — and pushes live updates to the dashboard over WebSocket so admins see activity as it happens, not after the fact.
